Our organization acts as a creditor in rural areas where banks and other forms of credit are not available. We offer credit to individuals as well as community groups and provide each client with a repayment plan. By providing an avenue to obtain credit, we give rural citizens the opportunity to overcome the biggest hurdle for entrepreneurial activities: financing.

How Would A Laptop Help You?

As record keeping and calculations represent the bulk of our work, a computer would be an invaluable resource to us. We currently keep hand written records and perform all calculations with a simple calculator. With a computer we could easily update our financial records after every client transaction. By using a spreadsheet program we would be able to create a client database and perform calculations much more quickly and accurately when opening and closing accounts. We would also be able to generate financial reports much more easily.
