Short Description Of Project

I am a Principal at one of Guinea’s four Professional Health Institutes. I run a staff of 6 teachers and 500 students. Since the school building was constructed in 2006, a computer lab had been included, with the hopes that the institute would someday be able to purchase computers to fill the space. However, we have not been successful at doing so due to financial constraints thus we are requesting four computers to finally make this a reality.

How Would A Laptop Help You?

The computer room will serve as a research center to enable students to keep up with the current medical studies via internet as well as an archive of medical documents and demonstrative videos. With these computers, students will no longer rely solely on professors and the limited textbooks available. Rather, they will be able to access these computers on any day of the week for supplementary texts which may not be otherwise available. Enabling them to carry out more in-depth research and impart a more profound understanding of their studies in the medical sciences
