Who is your Hero? Why?

My partner, Kaelen Green is one of my heroes. Her entire right side was paralyzed at the age of 10 from a bicycle accident. Now at 34, she is a remarkable graphite artist using her left hand only. She teaches me every day about the beauty and possibility in vulnerability, self-knowledge, being true to oneself and resilience.

What is your favorite sound?

Bubbling springs, raindrops, ocean waves and the river’s flow. Nothing is as inspiring and nourishing as those sounds.
