Nutrition for pregnant women and children. Saving children from rape and violence and my work with Ranjana at the women’s center.
Who is someone who inspires you?
Swami Vivekanand and Mother Theresa because they served their whole lives to benefit others.
What Is Your Favorite Sound?
Singing Bhajan and Sufii songs.
What Project would a laptop help you with?
I am a Women’s Counselor at a rehabilitation center. We service the many women in India who find themselves in dire circumstances due to societal pitfalls that befall battered women. Many are even shunned by their family for leaving abusive relationships.
How Would A Laptop Help You?
Keeping track of all of the women who come to our center has become too time consuming to do by hand. A laptop will help me to keep track of everyone coming in, and their exact situations so that I can better serve them.
What do you love about this project?
Playing a part in helping a problem that we as a people allowed to grow out of control puts my heart at ease.
