What Project Would A Laptop Help You With?

I am a 16 year old sophomore in high school attending an independent democratic school in Brooklyn. I live in the Bronx and commute and hour and a half each way to school. By being in a democratic school I have a say in what I learn and what goes on in my school. I am trusted to be a leader in my education and take on challenges that meet my needs.

Short Description Of Project

I don’t have access to a computer in my home and my school has 6 computers shared between 60 students. My own laptop will allow me to always have the internet as a resource for my school work and a great addition to my studying. Also, my school requires me to write a narrative transcript that describes all of the activities I do and self-evaluations that reflect what I am learning.

How Would A Laptop Help You?

A laptop will help me research colleges, write college essays, print forms and documents when I need them, and research and enroll in summer programs, and apply for jobs.
